ADVANCE INTER JOBS the agency for employment and mediation in employment offers a wide range of employees from other countries. 

The agency was founded due to the lack of skilled work force in Croatia, especially in the hospitality industry, where we offer a wide range of employees.

One of the founders has been living in Thailand since 2016, so we have an offices in Bangkok and Rijeka with employees which have many years of experience in sales, marketing and management of employees in several branches of business.

Our foreign office Ideo Mobi Bangsue Grand Interchange is located in Bangkok and is a fully legal agency registered with the Thai Ministry. It was founded in 2008 and from the very beginning has the main focus on the US market and the preparation of employees and documentation for work abroad. All our available employees undergo special tests in Thailand in order to meet the minimum requirements of Croatian employers.

ADVANCE INTER JOBS organizes everything until bringing the employee to the employer's address. We prepare documentation for a work permit with the presentation of an employment contract. 

If the employee does not meet the employer's conditions in the first working month, we actively participate in the engagement of the new employee without intermediary fee.
